I swear, the same commands I put in 1.5 hours ago that didn't do squat work.
Better yet, for some fucking reason, OS X decides it can encode a 3gp file with amr-nb, play it back, but gods forfuckingbid you make the suffix .amr...you'll pay for that. At least i did to.
