The strength varies (especially with wussy ginger beers), but it's something like this:
Highball or rocks glass, dump in some ice.
About 2 oz. vodka over that.
About twice as much ginger beer.
Twist of lime.
Mmmm warm fuzzy ginger goodness, whee drunk!
