Apparent suicide at Burning Man. "Friends thought he was doing an art piece"

I really really want to believe not all the facts or the complete story is being told here, and I'd like to believe being up there hanging for two hours is due to previous experiences with him hanging around his art piece, and not just because everyone was drugged off their gourd. But every time I try to give humans the benefit of the doubt, I get re-impressed with humans' abilities to go to new lows.

I was wondering if the whole "griefing by setting fire to The Man" thing was a sign that Burning Man has jumped the shark. I think this confirms that sharking-jumping has indeed occurred. It's also several steps down a path that ends with Woodstock '99-style riots (probably minimal looting though, since there's not much to loot); I really hope it doesn't get that bad.

WOW...Why would anyone think a live body that is dead is just an art piece. That is just plain BS, imo. *shaking my head* Now I'm kind of curious if there would be another BM next year. Hmm...
