lemasquegrisIf one's ever hankering for some gym time, and your staying at a decent hotel, the gyms always have bare minimum of gear, but enough to get a workout...and no one's ever in there. Unable to shake my normal 07:30 wake up call, and being on this "dear gods WTF am I DOING?!?!" exercise kick, I thought I'd make due with what's available. It wasn't bad. I had the place all to myself, including a flatscreen tv to watch whatever was on. And no one showed up until 5 minutes prior to my exit.
I wonder if that's a statement on the sluggish state of american health, or is it merely that some people on vacation take time away from everything, including working out.
I'm sure if I stayed in a hotel in Colorado, the gym would be full. That state's so fucking healthy, feels like I'm the un-healthiest, grossest one there, sometimes. I think resident shit big shit logs with 300-esque 8-pack abs on them.
Any way..time to shower...let's see how purple the tub gets.
